Privacy Policy

KAGE is operated by a registered business in Uzbekistan (registry №7736214). We take privacy seriously and limit data collection to what is needed to operate our voice AI service. This page explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Demo and contact information you submit through forms (name, email, phone, organization, inquiry details). Voice recordings and transcripts processed during demo evaluations or production deployments, only with explicit consent. Technical information such as IP address, browser type, and page views, used for security and performance. Cookies for essential site functionality and language preference.

2. How we use information

To respond to your demo or contact requests. To operate the voice AI service for your evaluation or deployment. To improve service quality and accuracy. To comply with applicable law.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Hosting infrastructure (Vercel) processes site requests and is covered by their data protection terms. For self-hosted or on-premise deployments, customer data stays within the customer's environment. We may disclose information when required by Uzbek law or court order.

4. Data retention

Demo and contact submissions are retained for the duration needed to respond and as required by law. Voice recordings are retained per the agreed deployment terms — typically minimal, deleted after evaluation unless explicitly agreed otherwise. For enterprise deployments, retention periods are governed by the service agreement.

5. Your rights

You can access the data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements, object to certain types of processing, and receive a portable copy of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at supportkageai@gmail.com.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Production deployments support encryption at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel. Self-hosted deployments give customers full control over their data perimeter.

7. International data transfers

Site hosting via Vercel may transfer data internationally for delivery. Customer voice data, by default, stays within the deployment region the customer selects. Self-hosted and on-premise deployments keep all data within customer infrastructure.

8. Children

KAGE is a B2B voice AI service. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe we have done so, contact us for deletion.

9. Cookies

Essential cookies for language preference (kage-locale). No advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics, if any, are aggregated and non-personal.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page with the new effective date.
