Terms of Service

Effective date: May 6, 2026

By accessing the KAGE website (useovozai.com) or using our voice AI service, you agree to these Terms of Service. KAGE is operated by a registered business in Uzbekistan (registry №7736214).

1. The service

KAGE provides voice AI software for handling customer calls in Uzbek and Russian, including code-switching support. The service is intended for clinics, banks, enterprise teams, and other organizations operating in Uzbekistan.

2. Demo and evaluation

Demo access is provided for evaluation purposes only. Demos may have limitations on duration, call volume, and features. Demo data is not guaranteed to persist beyond the evaluation period.

3. Production service

Production deployment of KAGE for live customer call handling is governed by a separate written agreement between you and KAGE, including service terms, pricing, deployment model, escalation paths, and data handling.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to violate Uzbek law, reverse-engineer or decompile or attempt to extract proprietary code, use the service to harass, deceive, or harm others, resell or redistribute the service without written authorization, or bypass security measures or rate limits.

5. Intellectual property

KAGE retains ownership of all software, models, designs, and content on this site. You retain ownership of customer data, recordings, and content you provide. Limited license: you may use the service per the terms of your evaluation or production agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during evaluation or production deployment confidential, except as required by law or with written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" during evaluation. Warranties for production deployment are governed by your service agreement. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of voice recognition or workflow handling. For sensitive or high-stakes calls, the service is designed to escalate to human staff.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Uzbek law, KAGE's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid by you under the relevant agreement in the 12 months preceding the claim. KAGE is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify KAGE for claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms by ceasing use of the service. Production agreements have separate termination terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes will be resolved in Uzbek courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page with the new effective date.
